Embedding a Coaching Culture at Evaluagent
The challenge
As a values-driven tech company focused on customer and employee experience, evaluagent recognised the need to foster a more supportive, high-performing internal culture. They wanted to:
- Embed coaching into the fabric of the organisation, not just as a skillset for managers, but as a shared mindset across teams.
- Develop confident internal coaches who could support peer development, improve cross-team collaboration, and drive individual growth.
- Reinforce core company values—curiosity, generosity, and passion—through reflective, empowering conversations.
To be successful, the programme had to resonate with a diverse group of employees and feel practical, credible, and truly transformative.
The Solution
People Spark partnered with evaluagent to co-design and deliver the Thrive Together Coaching Programme -a 3-month blended learning journey for a carefully selected internal cohort. The programme featured:
- A five-module structure, tailored to evaluagent’s values and culture, combining in-person and virtual sessions.
- Practical coaching tools, frameworks, and skills that could be used immediately in day-to-day leadership and peer conversations.
- A strong emphasis on self-awareness, reflective practice, and connection—building trust among participants and strengthening their ability to coach across teams.
The programme was highly interactive, focused on real-world application, and designed to build lasting coaching confidence.
The Results
- Cultural Impact: The programme helped catalyse a coaching culture at evaluagent—reinforcing openness, collaboration, and curiosity.
- Leadership Growth: Participants reported increased self-awareness, enhanced communication, and more strategic thinking in their roles.
- Sustained Value: The impact of the programme continues beyond the cohort, with internal coaches now supporting the wider organisation in new and meaningful ways.
- Advocacy and Credibility: Participants are already recommending the programme to others and crediting it as a major contributor to evaluagent’s people-first culture.
