The Solution

People Spark partnered with CMS to design and deliver their first bespoke Management Development Programme. The programme featured:

  • Personality profiling to help managers understand themselves and others, improving communication and collaboration.
  • A co-created behavioural framework, clarifying expectations for how leaders at CMS lead and support their teams.
  • A series of interactive development modules, covering key areas of people management, such as giving feedback, handling difficult conversations, motivating teams, and leading through change.
