Managing Director, Scott Smith, commented, “As a new business start-up, we are delighted with the continuing success and growth of the business, we have recruited our first employee, delivered multiple projects and consultancy services to businesses across the UK and as a result of our expanding customer base, will be looking to add to our team in the coming months.
Due to the significant disruption of the last 12 months, businesses have needed to adapt quickly, and many have gone through major digital transformations. Employees are a business’s biggest asset and should be their best advocate, we have worked with our clients to ensure their staff have been fully involved with many major changes and maintained their motivation, support, and engagement to ensure all objectives are achieved.
The current climate is challenging, however, many businesses are continuing to thrive and grow and much of this is due to the continued support and commitment by their staff, we’re pleased we can be a part of delivering such fantastic transformations and look forward to what the future holds.”
